AM Skincare Routine

All of the products I use in the morning, in order of application! For a full, in-depth explanation of everything I use, click here for my morning anti-aging skincare routine.

DOUBLE-CLEANSE: Banila Co. Cleansing Balm (oil cleanse) + Cosrx Low-pH Good Morning Cleanser (water-based cleanser). For travel: Neogen Real Fresh Green Tea Cleansing Stick

EXFOLIATE: SkinCeuticals Micro-exfoliating Scrub (super gentle and can be used daily if needed)

PEEL PADS: Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta® Universal Daily Peel (can be used daily but I only do it a few times per week. Great for travel)

TONE: Son & Park Beauty Water

ESSENCE: Missha Time Revolution First Treatment Essence Intensive Moist (as needed - I skip this step if I’m short on time or not feeling super dry)

LIP MASK: Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask (a must! Like skincare for your lips. Preps my lips for lipstick)

ANTIOXIDANT SERUM: SkinCeuticals C. E. Ferulic

EYE CREAM: SkinCeuticals A.G.E. Eye Complex

SPF: SkinCeuticals Physical Fusion UV Defense SPF 50 (tinted - really great especially if you don’t want to wear foundation) or La Roche-Posay Hydraphase Intense UV SPF 20 (extremely moisturizing - great for dry skin)

HAND CREAM: Supergoop Forever Young Hand Cream SPF 40 (MUST WEAR SPF ON YOUR HANDS, TOO!)

PM Skincare Routine

All of the products I use at night, in order of application!

TONE: Same as AM

ESSENCE: Same as AM. Skip this if using a face mask

LIP MASK: Same as AM

FACE MASK: I use a handful of different wash-off masks, sheet masks, and sleeping masks depending on my needs. When using a sleeping mask I apply it as the last step, not here.

ANTIOXIDANT SERUM: SkinCeuticals Resveratrol B E

RETINOL: SkinCeuticals Retinol 0.3. There’s also a SkinCeuticals Retinol 0.5 and Retinol 1.0 if you are more ramped up on retinol. If you are under 30 get a Retin-A prescription from your dermatologist instead - your health insurance should cover almost all of it!

TANNING: Isle of Paradise Self Tanning Drops (you mix this in with your moisturizer. I use the dark one)

The number one question I get when I talk about skincare is “what do you recommend the most?”. While I believe everything above is extremely important for me (otherwise I would not be spending money on it, obviously), there are two things I’d say every single person should be using religiously, regardless of skin type: retinol and an antioxidant serum.

The SkinCeuticals Anti-Aging System is a great place to start because it comes with both the AM and PM antioxidant serums I use (mentioned above) and saves you $137.

And obviously use spf religiously :)
