AM Skincare Routine
All of the products I use in the morning, in order of application! For a full, in-depth explanation of everything I use, click here for my morning anti-aging skincare routine.
EXFOLIATE: SkinCeuticals Micro-exfoliating Scrub (super gentle and can be used daily if needed). Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta® Universal Daily Peel (can be used daily but I only do it a few times per week. Great for travel)
ESSENCE: Missha Time Revolution First Treatment Essence Intensive Moist (as needed - I skip this step if I’m short on time or not feeling super dry)
LIP MASK: Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask
ANTIOXIDANT SERUM: SkinCeuticals C. E. Ferulic
EYE CREAM: SkinCeuticals A.G.E. Eye Complex
SPF: SkinCeuticals Physical Fusion UV Defense SPF 50 (tinted - really great especially if you don’t want to wear foundation) or La Roche-Posay Hydraphase Intense UV SPF 20 (extremely moisturizing - great for dry skin)
HAND CREAM: Supergoop Forever Young Hand Cream SPF 40 (MUST WEAR SPF ON YOUR HANDS, TOO!)
PM Skincare Routine
All of the products I use at night, in order of application!
DOUBLE-CLEANSE: Same as AM
EXFOLIATE: Same as AM
TONE: Same as AM
ESSENCE: Same as AM. Skip this if using a face mask
LIP MASK: Same as AM
FACE MASK: I use a handful of different wash-off masks, sheet masks, and sleeping masks depending on my needs. When using a sleeping mask I apply it as the last step, not here.
Superfood Snail Sheet Mask (very hydrating, healing)
Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask (very hydrating - always travel with this)
Skinfood Black Sugar Wash-Off Face Mask (exfoliating)
Manefit Green Tea Sheet Mask (soothing)
Klairs Midnight Blue Calming Sheet Mask (calming, soothing)
Goodal Anti-Wrinkle Sleep Cream Pack (ultra-moisturizing sleeping mask)
Enature Birch Juice Hydro Sleeping Pack (hydrating, rejuvenating sleeping mask)
GLAMGLOW THIRSTYMUD(TM) Hydrating Treatment (hydrating)
EYE CREAM: Same as AM
RETINOL: SkinCeuticals Retinol 0.3. There’s also a SkinCeuticals Retinol 0.5 and Retinol 1.0 if you are more ramped up on retinol. If you are under 30 get a Retin-A prescription from your dermatologist instead - your health insurance should cover almost all of it!
SkinCeuticals Triple Lipid Restore 2:4:2 (especially helpful when using a retinol)
SkinCeuticals HA Intensifier (this is technically a serum but you apply it after retinol so I’m including it here)
OIL: Biossance Squalane + Vitamin C Rose Oil (as needed)
TANNING: Isle of Paradise Self Tanning Drops (you mix this in with your moisturizer. I use the dark one)
Clarisonic Mia Smart 3-in-1 (a MUST. My Derm says to use it every AM and PM but if I’m in a rush I don’t always do that. I consider owning and using this to be very important. And NO that Foreo Luna thing is not sufficient or the same thing)
LightStim for Wrinkles (anti-aging LED light)
Face towels (I use a different one every single time I wash my face so I have two packs of 24)
